This camp is for you. Enjoy excavating this bountiful Creek Indian site with professional archaeologists! Discover cool artifacts including Native American tools, weapons, and trade items. Camp in a beautiful forest near a cool winding creek.

Enjoy an assortment of other activities such as hiking, games, canoeing and more. Join the JSU Archaeology Resource Lab for an adventure of a lifetime: a week of field work with archaeologists, biologists and other science professionals.

And learn about the Creek culture of central Alabama. You will live in a simulated Creek village, be a member of a Creek Clan, dine on traditional foods, learn basketry, pottery making, stomp dance, stickball and Creek Indian Lore.
